6. Coupons and Discounts with Healthy Restaurants

  • The Ananas app acts as an intermediary between the user and partner healthy restaurants.
  • The user is granted temporary discount coupons on certain meals or items available at the restaurant.
  • The coupon's validity is limited to a limited period (one hour from the time of issuance).
  • If the coupon expires, the user is not entitled to claim the discount and is responsible for the full price of the meal.
  • Payment is made directly at the restaurant upon receipt or through the restaurant’s own means.
  • The Ananas app is not responsible for:
    • The quality or safety of the food.
    • Delivery or any delay in the order.
    • Any error in applying the discount by the restaurant.

7. Disclaimer

  • The Ananas app is not obligated to compensate the customer if the coupon is not used or expires.
  • Ananas assumes no responsibility for the user's dietary or health decisions, and we always recommend consulting specialists when necessary.

8. Termination of Service

  • Ananas reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account using the application in violation of the terms.
  • The application may modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the local laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts.
