1. Introduction
Welcome to Ananas. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Ananas is a health-focused food ordering and pickup platform with AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracking, operating in Saudi Arabia.
2. Subscription Plans

3. Free Trial Period
- New users receive a 30-day free trial.
- Paid subscription begins automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Each user is eligible for one free trial only.
4. Payment and Billing
- iOS: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation via Apple's In-App Purchase system.
- Android: Payment is processed via EDFAPay.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
5. Cancellation
- A subscription may be cancelled at any time.
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Ananas → Cancel.
- From App: Subscription page → Cancel.
- The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
6. App Services
- Healthy food ordering from partner restaurants (pickup only).
- AI-powered calorie and nutrition analysis (Google Gemini).
- Smart nutrition chatbot assistant.
- Meal tracking and health progress monitoring.
- Meal reminders and notifications.
7. User Responsibilities
- You must be 13 years or older to use the app.
- You are responsible for maintaining your account and password security.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- The app must not be used for illegal purposes.
- AI-provided nutritional information is estimated and does not replace professional medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The app is provided "as is" and "as available."
- No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not liable for:
- Food quality from partner restaurants.
- 100% accuracy of AI-provided nutritional information.
- Any indirect damages from app usage.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app — its content, design, and logo — are reserved to Ananas. No part may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
10. Modification of Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Material changes will be communicated through the app.
- Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
